Reflecting on 2024: Our Top Accomplishments at The Synthetic Grass Store 

As the year comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the milestones and achievements that have defined 2024 for our team at The Synthetic Grass Store. It’s been an incredible journey filled with innovation throughout the landscape design community, coupled with community engagement, and heartfelt moments.  Here are a few highlights from this year: 

1. Launched a New, User-Friendly Website

We started 2024 deep into the process of rolling out a major upgrade—a completely redesigned website. Our new site is faster, more intuitive, and optimized for both desktop and mobile users. With improved navigation, enhanced content, and a seamless online experience, we’ve made it easier than ever for our customers to explore our products and connect with our team. This launch has been a cornerstone in our effort to provide unparalleled service and support to our landscape designers, contractors, architects, and more. 

2. Introduced the Value Turf Series: Turf Paradise

In response to customer feedback and market demand, we’re thrilled to have unveiled Turf Paradise, our value turf series for contractors on a tight budget. This innovative turf product line offers a high-quality, cost-effective solution for businesses and homeowners alike. Designed to save our customers money without compromising on durability or aesthetics, the Turf Paradise Series has quickly become a customer favorite. It’s all part of our mission to deliver products that meet diverse needs while staying budget-friendly. 

3. Supported Local Community Projects

Giving back to the community has always been at the heart of what we do. This year, we partnered with several local organizations, such as Valley Partnership's annual community project, to support initiatives throughout Arizona that make a meaningful impact. From sponsoring green spaces in underserved neighborhoods to donating materials for school landscaping projects, we’re honored to have contributed to initiatives that enrich our community and align with our values. 

4. Celebrated A New 10 Year Work Anniversary

2024 also marked a series of significant milestones within our team. We proudly celebrated Pam Engbrocks, who reached 10 years of service with The Synthetic Grass Store. Pam’s dedication, expertise, kindness and passion are the foundation of our success. We’re grateful for Pam's contributions and look forward to many more years of collaboration and growth together.
